FASHIONOVA PTY LTD was established in 1998 in Australia as a specialized Hosiery & Socks manufacturer and distributor with its own brand of SOX& LOX, supplying to 3000 pharmacies in Australia & New Zealand.

We are a medium sized company with proud slogan of “Always making feet Happy”, where we seek high quality and comfortable product, especially in the field of developing & supplying medical socks as well as exporting to other countries.

 

Working Conditions

  • 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • 4 weeks annual leave
  • 10 days personal leave
  • Superannuation
  • Friendly and flexible working environment
     

Salary

  • Negotiable depending on experience

Visa Conditions

  • To be eligible for this job, you must be an Australian or have an appropriate visa to live and work in Australia.

■ Language Skill

  • Proficient level of English & Korean language (both written &
    spoken)

 

■  Position: Admin & Marketing Coordinator (Full time) 

Duties will include but not limited to

  • General admin task
  • Communicating with customers via phone/email to provide
    support to promote any new products/deals and taking orders
  • Data entry (Using in house system. Training provided)
  • Reporting to line managers
  • Co-ordination of marketing campaigns including online marketing & promotion
  • Marketing & Sales administration
  • Ad hoc marketing tasks and projects are required

   Required Skills

  • Experience in Admin, customer service or telemarketing preferred
  • but not essential
  • Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Experience putting together marketing material and promotional 
    offers
  • Able to contribute to the development and enhancement of 
    marketing Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good time management skills & ability to prioritize tasks
