Business Communications Graduate & IT Support

The company

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading Australian Financial Services Licensee. We are currently seeking a newly-graduated Business Communications Assistant to join our team.

The role

Your job will be to identify, plan and implement marketing activity to support our business and increase brand awareness. The marketing disciplines for which you will have responsibility will include:

  • Updating website
  • Collating and compiling inhouse newsletter
  • Marketing automation, CRM social, direct mail,
  • Content writing and reviews for invitations, flyers, brochures
  • Ability to extract and analyse information

The person

You're a recent Business Communications graduate who is keen to contribute your knowledge and skills to our successful business. You will be the link between our operations team and our network of advisers and have drive and ambition. It will be a role that can both grow over time and  you can grow into. You have positive "can do" approach to your work as well as excellent attention to detail. You are a self-starter, a fast learner and highly creative and innovative

Additionally, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications, Business Degree in Communications, including digital communications, marketing insights and research and analysis
  • Strong MS office skills
  • Basic Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Solid knowledge of social media platforms
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Basic Video Editing (Top & Tail)
  • Excellent written and strong oral communication skills
  • A strong desire to grow and enhance your skillset
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong awareness and use of digital tools and technology in everyday life
