Attention all Communications specialists - we are looking to engage enthusiastic communications specialists with not for profit experience who are interested in both short and long-term contracts. Successful candidates will be able to support teams in delivering key communications and media functions, be able to work in a collaborative environment, and have a can-do attitude. Working within a fast-paced environent , and having the ability to be able to hit the ground running is essential.
Key responsibilities and skills include:
- Develop and implement communications plans in consultation with staff across the organisation.
- Demonstrated skills in developing and implementing communication strategies for a wide range of target audiences and across a variety of communications mediums
- High level written communications skills and experience in writing content for a variety of audiences and across a variety of mediums, including newsletters, intranet and general communications to the business
- Ensuring communications messages are consistent across all departments of the organisation.
- Contribute to planning, managing and coordinating major project launch activities and events.
- Experience in using content management systems, writing and editing for the web and general website management
Previous communications and not for profit experience is essential, and having the ability to work to strict deadlines and timeframes. The successful candidate will be immediately available, and interested in contract roles from 1 month up to 12 months!
