About the business
You will be supporting our Senior Managers who sell into the major Supermarket groups here as well as the Food Service (Catering) side of the operation. This will cover all aspects of Marketing from building the product and market profiles to arranging design and coordinating the advertising brief. Experience in the food environment or related industry field would be an advantage but not essential.
The Company
Pacific West Foods Australia are market leaders in Food Service but also sell a wide range of products in the retail sector under the brand Pacific West in Coles, IGA and Costco and exclusively in Woolworths with our Ocean Chef brand.
With sales offices across Australia we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator seeking a new opportunity, within a dynamic business. To coordinate and manage the many facets of the marketing portfolios within our business. With an extensive range of innovative products sourced by our international procurement team the role has significant diversity which adds to the excitement of the position.
Our office is situated at North Rocks close to public transport, with ample onsite parking available.

- Develop Marketing and Packaging Briefs
- Arrange and Co Ordinate with our Advertising / Design agency
- Design and initiate Advertising programs
- Direct Mail / CRM Sales Campaigns
- Website Maintenance
- Develop Promotional Merchandise
- Plus manage all events with the sales team
Work with the Various Teams and Departments.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A strong ethic for quality, consistency and an eye for detail:
- Ability to exercise time management skills whilst approaching multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Professional presentation, communication and correspondence;
- Experience in the Food Industry an advantage;
