Juicebox is seeking an agency experienced, passionate and driven Senior Account Manager to join our creative agency.
With an established client base the candidate should be seeking a long-term career managing several high profile, full service accounts.
The role includes.
- Management of clients, projects and campaigns from initial client engagement through to final execution across diverse industries.
- Working with our Creative team to proactively identify opportunities to provide value to the client in response to their business objectives.
- Daily contact with clients to communicate status of projects and campaign performance.
- Preparation of client reports, timelines, internal briefs, estimates and invoices.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Management of internal schedules and prioritisation of work based on deadlines.
- Nurturing and managing relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
What you need.
- A minimum of 2 years of agency experience.
- A relevant qualification (preferred).
- Solid understanding of all marketing channels.
- Proactive approach to client service.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to build client rapport.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence and a can-do attitude.
