The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an events superstar to apply their highly valued skills to the corporate event space. In this fun but fast-paced role, you will be dedicated to ensuring that all events run smoothly and to budget while meeting the expectations of Property Council members and sponsors.  As the Events Coordinator for the NSW division, you will deliver the event program and play a pivotal role in the coordination of event logistics (end to end) and collaboration across the team. You will also:

  • Work with speakers, sponsors and stakeholders to ensure all event objectives are met, and a high-quality product is delivered
  • Ensure that all revenue and cost targets are achieved for each event and accurate documentation is kept up to date

If you are interested in property, this is a perfect opportunity to gain exposure to some high-profile speakers and some real players within the industry as well as the opportunity to participate in over 100 events per year ranging from lunches, gala dinners and large-scale events!

Selection Criteria

You will have a passion for event management with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Importantly, you’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the confidence to deal directly with people of all levels. The ideal candidate will also possess:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven success in E2E event management and coordination
  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative  
  • A flair for marketing

Qualifications in events, marketing or design will be highly regarded but are not essential for this role.
