A Public Sector and Government organisation based in the far Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

Description

The successful Web Analytics & Insights Specialist will be responsible for:

• Analysing web data to provide insights in order to optimise the digital strategy
• Conducting detailed analysis for additions and changes that deliver enhancements to websites and digital channels
• Continuously tracking digital analytics and identifying gaps in the customer journey flow
• Observing and interpret customer behaviour through data and understand the customer journey
• Driving constant quantitative analysis of digital platforms to identify issues and provide recommendations
• Identifying opportunities and areas of improvement across all channels.

Profile

The successful candidate will be expected to meet the following criteria:

• Outstanding analytical skills and a proven track record of providing insights to optimise digital strategies based on web analysis
• Passionate about data and identifying new trends
• Proven experience analysing data to improve website and digital channel performance
• A sound knowledge of the Digital space and the different channels
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Highly proficient in Google Analytics

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be offered an immediate start on an initial 6 week contract, subject to further extension.
