Ampersand International is partnering with a leading global engineering firm that provides design, consulting, construction, and management services to a wide range of clients. They are currently looking to appoint an experienced Clients and Marketing Manager to help execute and implement its marketing and business development strategy across Australia.
  
This high profile position reports into the senior leadership team and is a relationship driven role for a professional who can develop programmes to increase this firms brand and revenues across Australia

You will have an absolute client focus and a commercial approach to optimise BD & Marketing to drive ROI/revenue growth and be comfortable articulating and demonstrating the value of BD and Marketing throughout the firm, so that it's viewed as a critical function rather than "nice to have" support.

Key to your success will be demonstrated experience developing and implementing BD tools and processes such as client listening & feedback; effective CRM usage; account planning; partner coaching, strategic pursuits and the delivery of strategic marketing and communications campaigns to drive business from existing and new to firm clients.

The successful applicant will have led, coached and mentored medium sized BD & Marketing teams in a professional services environment. You will have at least 10 years’ experience and be an exemplary stakeholder manager possessing demonstrated qualities of gravitas, collaboration, patience, tenacity and persistence.
