We’re expanding the team and on the search for a passionate digital marketer to join our dynamic marketing team in this hands on and fast paced role!
We are Nicheliving. A dynamic and multi-faceted property group offering comprehensive services across new home and land, apartment developments, project marketing, construction, financial services, real estate sales and property management. We are a well-established and trusted Western Australian company with a property portfolio in excess of $500 Million.

POSITION SPECIFIC AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Create and implement all digital marketing activities for all products and services offered by Nicheliving
- General digital marketing activities including but not limited to brainstorming, planning and execution
- Work alongside marketing coordinators in creating the social media calendar to drive engagement across various social media platforms
- Assist by responding to social posts
- Assist with tracking and monitoring digital marketing activity
- Manage campaign development and results analysis
- Support the delivery of the e-comm strategy and ensure product pages are optimised with images and content
- Monitor and report on competitor activities
- Assist with writing creative briefs
- Working in a team under the direction of the Head of Digital Marketing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Adaptable and flexible to change.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role.
- A very strong passion for marketing and the desire to deliver results.
- Demonstrable experience in SEO and AdWords.
- Strong knowledge and experience in social media marketing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Proficient written and verbal skills with confidence in presenting information to internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, meet multiple deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and timely delivery of tasks is critical.
- Good project management skills.
- A proactive team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Friendly, pleasant and professional demeanour.
- Experience or exposure to property development, real estate, financial services or construction is advantageous, but not essential.
