The CA Commercial Partnerships program is evolving and we are looking for a new Account Manager to join the team in Melbourne.  Ideally you will have built your reputation as a dynamic and innovative sponsorship or marketing professional working for tier one rights holders, leading strategic campaigns for major Australian brands or sport agencies.
 
The role is responsible for leading several of Cricket Australia’s largest commercial partners - championing the planning process, developing innovative and creative leveraging campaigns and unlocking new revenue opportunities for both commercial partners and the CA business. 
 
Candidates should have managed end-to-end contract negotiations, built tailored rights packages, and have an extensive range of creative experience delivering multi-faceted brand campaigns that produced tangible business return on investment.   
 
It is important the candidate brings fresh industry insights to inspire ‘out of the box’ thinking, and can demonstrate the confidence to challenge traditional thinking and evolve partner campaigns as sponsorship transitions to a strong shift in digital, content and data-led activations.  Experience in delivering brand-building campaigns that promote diversity and inclusiveness to make a meaningful impact in the community will be looked upon favourably.
 
Tertiary qualified in marketing or a commercial discipline, you must be passionate about sports and entertainment, be highly organised with a high level of attention to detail, and take the initiative in driving business results.
 
Regular travel and some weekend work will be required.
