Conjoint.ly is on a mission to make market research a breeze. We are a Sydney-based startup offering automated market research services to big and small companies (mostly in USA and Europe). As we grow (in number of products we offer and in clients' awareness of us), we need a reliable person to join our very small team.

You will be integral to our day-to-day operations and will have a very real direct impact on the business. You will master and will be eventually responsible for:

• Project management: working closely with our panel suppliers (online panels, publishers, fieldwork agencies, translators) and keeping them on track

• Survey coding using our online platform and third-party platforms

• Product testing: Making sure our platform is client- and respondent-ready by running trial research projects

• Marketing: Assisting in preparing marketing and sales materials

Requirements:

• Reliability, attention to detail, and a desire to keep projects and other people organised

• A desire to learn, be guided, and become proficient and ultimately independently "own" an important stage of the market research process

• Certificate III or IV or a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar

• Good Microsoft Excel skills

• Australian citizen or PR (strictly no temporary visas)

• Native or near-native fluency in English
