We are a multifaceted design firm who want a savvy digital specialist with the technical know-how and a flair for clever content creation to step up our digital marketing presence.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and working with a small but driven team, you will support a large operational base by delivering key online marketing activities and campaigns through:

• Maintenance and update of website content, look and feel, UX, etc. as part of ongoing continuous improvement efforts
• Implementing CRO plans that increase overall site performance and improve conversion
• CRM development implementing plans and campaigns to improve customer retention and increase customer lifetime
• Managing Search (paid/organic) campaigns including plus adwords spend performance and google analytics
• Work closely with Marketing Manager to develop and upload all digital content
• Review and optimise online response metrics to optimise campaign performance and identify new online commercial opportunities

To be successful in this role you will need:

1. Degree in Digital Marketing, Business or similar
2. Comprehensive Salesforce knowledge and experience (mandatory)
3. 5+ years relevant experience in a similar role
4. Experience in Concrete 5, Wordpress, Joomla, Photoshop, Linkedin
5. Ability to deliver in fast-paced environment
6. Strong analytic and problem solving skills
