About the Role
Reporting to the Digital & CRM Manager, this is a hands-on role responsible for working with agency partners to lead an integrated digital and CRM activity through our Adobe and Salesforce platforms.
This role aims to deliver an integrated consumer experience within Honda Australia’s strategic plan & budget to ensure existing and prospective customers enjoy a positive digital experience that engages and meets their needs to drive consideration and intention to purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Rolling out integrated marketing activity with Honda’s agency partners to drive growth and performance of our digital customer experience
- Leading the evolution and execution of customer conversation to deliver best in class content opportunities executed by digital means
- Working with agency teams to drive improved performance in both SEM and SEO
- Improving digital collaboration with the Honda dealer group
- To communicate with key stakeholders in a timely manner about AUH initiatives and activities and to respond to relevant enquiries
About you
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in digital marketing and/or CRM
- A completed tertiary qualification in Marketing or related studies
- Good understanding of an application of Digital strategy, customer UX and segmentation
- Strong understanding of drivers of SEM and SEO performance
- Ability to build, manage and maintain appropriate budget
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure within tight timelines
- Ability to lead and develop a high performing team
- Ability to understand and optimise site structure
- Highly developed written and verbal communications skills
- Experience within the automotive industry is preferred
