Do you have a passion for digital? Do live for customer experience? Our client puts customers at the heart of their thinking, delivering solutions that maximise customer value and delight prospects. 

Our client currently has 40+ creative and passionate team members across Australia. Due to growth, our client is looking for a CX Strategist to join their strategy team on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role reporting to the CX Director.

You'll gain great exposure working with top tier - high profile clients. Working with the latest technology, our data, UX/UI leads and a highly creative and passionate team, you will join our client's journey to help develop strategies connecting customers to some of Australia's most exciting brands.

The ideal candidate
  • 3-5 years' experience in marketing communications environment
  • Experience as a consultant or planner with competency in Omnichannel journey planning including personal development, customer journey mapping, proposition development, and messaging development
  • Agency experience is preferred
  • Experience with marketing platforms 
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting (whether search, GA or customer data, A/B testing, usability, reporting metrics)
  • Using data to back your opinions - you have the ability to demonstrate your view on marketing issues and to form an opinion on new
  • Able to deal with ambiguity in a changing and growing environment and has a natural knack for problem-solving
  • 'Client obsessed' and is comfortable dealing with clients regularly
  • Proactive and positive can-do attitude
