What is the opportunity?
This role is an opportunity for you to get your hands on all things digital while continually developing your marketing and soft skills. Acting as the main point of contact for our Manpower and ManpowerGroup Solutions brands, you will provide support for all brand-specific marketing enquiries related to content, collateral, and event management. Additionally, you will lead the development and implementation of digital advertising strategies and lead-generating campaigns for candidate attraction and the promotion of new, innovative research and global thought leadership.

Working alongside our marketing team based in Sydney, as well as with our global marketing team based out of Milwaukee, USA, you will have the opportunity to constantly learn and build a global network of friends, colleagues, mentors and more.

You are a motivated marketing professional with a genuine passion for digital. From inbound strategies to SEO and data analytics, you’ll be ready to lead campaigns from beginning to end while communicating effectively to each of your stakeholders along the way. You enjoy flexible working environment and welcome opportunities to share knowledge and learn new skills.

The Skills You Need
To be considered for this exciting role, you will have the following:
• Strategy creation, Content creation & delivery across organic and Social Media channels
• Digital asset management, positioning the Company and its brands as the number #1 workforce solutions company in New Zealand.
• Inbound marketing – strategy, implementation and management (Hubspot certified would be advantageous but not essential)
• Paid and unpaid digital advertising across organic and PPC channels
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage stakeholder expectations
• Marketing, event management, media and/or recruitment experience
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience with HubSpot Inbound Marketing highly regarded
• Superior stakeholder management skills
