As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be an integral part of LEAP’s Marketing Team. You will be responsible for creating and executing a digital strategy to communicate and engage with legal professionals. Day-to-day you’ll be collaborating with other marketing experts who are experienced across content, design, data, events and more.


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for knowing our target audience and the LEAP product, and using that knowledge to drive engagement through SEO, advertising and social.

What You Will Be Focusing On


• Presenting ideas to generate MQLs and increase client satisfaction, both within and outside digital marketing.
• Developing and leading the vision for digital marketing.
• Designing and implementing short- and long-term digital marketing strategies to increase online engagement with prospects and clients.
• Developing innovative campaigns across SEO, SEM, social, referral and PPC.
• Overseeing the company social media accounts, including creating and executing a social content strategy.
• Managing online advertising accounts, maximising ROI through budget management and conversion rate optimisation.
• Presenting data-driven insights, challenges and recommendations to the marketing team resulting in informed decisions.
• Regularly reporting of findings, actions and results of digital campaigns.
• Using digital touch points to position LEAP as a premium technology company and the best practice management system for legal professionals.
• Staying up-to-date with SEO/digital marketing best practices and educating the team.


What You’ll Need to Be Successful


You will be a highly driven professional with strong analytics skills and the ability to develop cohesive strategies that involve multiple online touch points. You are passionate about engaging users, with the following skills and qualities:


• 2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role incorporating SEO, SEM and PPC.
• Experience managing social media accounts, including growing a follower base.
• Tertiary qualification in business or marketing.
• Experience in digital marketing strategy for B2B audiences in the legal or technology
industry preferred.
• A strong understanding of the digital landscape, including web, social media,
advertising and emerging technologies.
• A love of collaboration, both within the Marketing Team and other departments.
• An inquisitive and analytical mind to develop data-based strategies.
• Strong time management skills, including discernment of which projects will bring the
greatest value to the company and Marketing Team.
• The motivation to constantly learn and improve processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of SEO.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
• Experience using WordPress or other content management system.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
