About the role:
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Web Developer who has a keen eye for detail to join our Marketing Team. You will be given a fantastic opportunity to execute creative solutions for all digital channels ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for our PETstock customers.
In this role you will:
- Assist the team to drive a world class customer experience for all PETstock customers, by assisting with the build and development of our website, email communications and associated assets.
- Assist with personalised and targeted eDM creation
- Design and code HTML web landing pages using text, images, links, CSS and Javascript
- Maintain brand consistency across all media
- Communicate effectively with a variety of key stakeholders, across multiple departments within the organisation
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A coding star when it comes to responsive and mobile first HTML, CSS and JS
- Experience with APIs and jQuery/JS
- Very good knowledge of Flexbox framework
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Understanding of best practice UI/UX Principles
- Very familiar with communications platforms (e.g. Oracle) and database queries
- Knowledge of HTML email techniques
- Experienced with Facebook and Instagram APIs
