The role…
The Consultant role is an entry level / Graduate position that could be your opportunity to start the market research consulting career you're looking for. This role provides support to our client service teams who help uncover and deliver market research insights from our syndicated products as well as our customised tracking and ad hoc studies.
What you will be doing…
As a Consultant, your role provides best in class support for turning market research data into compelling and actionable insights that directly support our clients’ business decision making.
You will play a key role in:
*Managing projects and coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery that is on time and within budget
*Assisting in the preparation of hiqh quality research reports, both regular and ad hoc
*Supporting senior client service staff with retaining and building relationships with key clients
*Quality checking procedures (for questionnaires, data, analysis, etc)
*Responding to client requests
What we’re looking for
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Boundless curiosity and sharp problem solving and decision making skills
*A numerate, analytical thinker and quick learner with eye for detail
*Tertiary qualified (majors in marketing, commerce, statistics and psychology highly regarded)
*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (statistics software such as SPSS also highly regarded but not essential)
*A team player with a passion for excellence, the ability to work to deadlines and a 'can do' attitude
*Some work experience, but not essential (marketing and business roles highly regarded)
