The Opportunity
The primary responsibility of the Head of Marketing is to lead the marketing function and deliver strategy and marketing, corporate and investor communications to drive strategic growth. Opportunity for Part Time or school hours. Mat leave 6 mth Contract.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with the CEO to set & adjust strategic direction of marketing & cross functional strategies.
- Key metric tracking & resource allocation to support our growth agenda.
- Corporate & Investor Communications.
- develop, implement & delivery of marketing, corporate and investor programs.
- Champion our brand value and manage our digital footprint.
About You
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- 10 years experience in Marketing or Growth Communications (financial services not a pre requisite).
- Strong enterprising, innovative & strategic mindset.
- Experience formulating communication solutions to complex new business challenges.
- Marketing execution experience.
- Leadership experience including presenting at Board Level.
- Exceptional written & verbal communication.
- Ability to manage the ambiguity and pace of a start up environment and feel confident in implementing new tools, process and systems.
