In this role you will be responsible for:

• Devising strategies to further promote the company's social media brand and connect with customers with a key focus on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram as well as eDM and re-targeting.
• Develop and execute marketing and social media strategies across all company platforms on a global scale, including Chinese social media platforms
• Schedule and proactively manage a monthly content calendar that supports wider campaigns 
• Report on insights with team stakeholders and work directly with partners to deliver unique experiences
• Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies, researching social media tools to identify new marketing opportunities 
• Social listening: research and analytics, data mining to draw insights, product associations, competitor landscape, plus target audience analysis and identification  

To be successful in this role you will be:

• Minimum 3-5 years' Marketing experience across Social Media Marketing, to a global audience
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar 
• Demonstrate strong Digital Marketing skills and a proven paid social media skill set 
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of key social monitoring tools  
• Superior Project Management and Time Management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently 
• Strategic and creative thinker with strong communication and presentation skills 
• Performance focused with strong analytical and numerical skills 
• Strong people relationship & leadership ability

You must have a passion for all things Digital. You will be both creative & Innovative with well developed problem solving skills. A genuine interest in Beauty would also be an advantage.
