WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We currently have an opportunity to join our Marketing department for a CRM Analyst seeking a new opportunity to develop their skills across business intelligence and analytics. You will gain experience across designing analytical solutions to positively impact the business through forecasting and analysing customer insights and reporting on CRM metrics and campaigns.
This role is suitable for students within their final year of study within IT or Marketing fields, recent graduates or candidates that have already gained experience within CRM that are looking to join a leading retailer and gain exposure within a global organisation.
To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator and collaborator, have the ability to work on large data sets and have experience within systems similar to SQL statements, SAP or Oracle will be highly regarded. The role is currently being offered on a fixed-term 6 month contract in a supportive and development focused team located in our Macquarie Park support office with parking provided.
