The role  
Our Commercial Product team is looking for a business savvy superstar to oversee the implementation and optimisation of our growing suite of innovative brand and retail products. Working closely with our Sales and Ad Ops team, you’ll use marketing and project management prowess to bring our media products to life and deliver superior digital campaigns that delight our clients and agency partners.

What you’ll do
  • Own the post-sale implementation of key products including Clearance Centres, Pre Launch campaigns, and Content Marketing solutions.
  • Own the day-to-day delivery of key commercial partnerships.
  • Find ways to iterate and improve our products and processes to drive better results and improve operational efficiency.
  • Define, document and deliver evolving tech requirements and capabilities in conjunction with the Tribe Lead.
  • Work with Insights and Ad Operations to implement best-in-class reporting that demonstrates exceptional ROI, value and iterative optimisation.
  • Help create client-facing communications including best practices, specs, case studies and go-to-market materials.
  • Have meaningful conversations with our clients to gain insights that help us to build on our product roadmap.
  • Deliver incredible results for our clients and wow them with service level, unlike any other publisher!
  
What we’re looking for
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Communications, Technology or Business).
  • Previous experience working on marketing campaigns or account management (could be agency, media or client side), with an emphasis on campaign execution.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills – you’re a confident influencer who feels comfortable working with all types of internal and external partners.
  • You’re tech-savvy, thrive off working in a fast-paced digital environment, and have a deep understanding of media, measurement, and user journey best practices.
  • Someone who takes ownership of their works and is able to drive projects forward to reach the outcomes required.
