This contract role is to establish, manage and execute marketing, advertising and promotional activities needed to achieve revenue targets for my Client. The marketing teams are currently growing so it is likely to go permanent in a couple of months.

Our Client is a well established organisation with a goal to provide a professional membership body relevant to their members, equipping them to stand out in today’s marketplace. Due to a recent restructure they are looking to add a driven executive to one of their marketing teams.
Description
Reporting to a Team Leader you will be required to develop and implement end-to-end campaign and engagement initiatives with a focus on acquisition, retention and winback activities across an integrated channel mix. To achieve this you will:
- Apply marketing experience to plan and implement quality campaigns effectively, and deliver on time to support business objectives.
- Use insights to develop and deliver targeted marketing campaigns.
- Deliver marketing activities that increase member engagement and loyalty, as well as supporting short-term revenue targets.
- Work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders to bring activities to market.
- Perform ongoing analysis on campaign performance and provide reports
- Troubleshoot performance issues, proactively communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers and work closely with them until resolved.
- Educate Business Development and Relationship Management team about product features and their benefits.
- Work with marketing team to develop marketing tactics that help to reduce dependency on single product campaign management.
- Stay connected with the external environment to build awareness of new and innovative marketing tactics, as well as the competitor landscape.
Profile
The successful candidate with have the following attributes:
- 4+ years relevant marketing experience (desirable)
- Degree qualified in business, marketing or communications (preferred)
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience in marketing and promoting professional products to B2B and B2C audiences
- Experience using marketing automation software, with a passion for content marketing and implementing nurture streams
- Strong written communication skills
- Superior organisational skills, ability to multi-task and apply a solutions focus
- Results focused and positive attitude
- Experience in managing and analysing campaign results
- Extremely reliable - team player
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
