Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Coordinator to take full responsibility for executing marketing activities including, product literature, marketing campaigns, social media and lead generation.

Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional with a writing background. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers. For this position, it’s also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends to expand our company’s brand awareness.

Essential Job Functions

• Assist in creating and fulfilling the company's content strategy 
• Work closely with graphic design to develop visual content
• Maintain and update all business unit product specifications, e.g. product updates / technical data specifications / owner’s manuals / distributor catalogues etc.
• Assist with the coordination and management of events, trade shows, marketing campaigns and updating calendars
• Write, edit and proof read a wide range of material for internal and external distribution
• Drive the expansion of Pentair’s digital footprint, understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work and why
• Support and enhance Pentair’s positioning with stakeholders by developing and delivering consistent and effective marketing communications and promotional materials across multiple channels.
• Ensure all products, service display information, promotions and communications materials accurately represent the products and services promoted & ensure alignment with Pentair’s strategic marketing plan.
• Ensure all relevant stakeholders are kept informed of occurrence and timing of communications, promotions and special events
• Manage social media strategy and execution of all social media posts, share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence
• Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement

Qualifications / Skills / Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in a Business / Marketing / Communications or related discipline.
• Experience with promotional campaigns, trade marketing and brand management.
• Working knowledge with Adobe Creative suite
• Understanding of web publishing requirements
• Project management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, writing and editing skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience across social media platforms
• Must display enthusiasm initiative and be a team player.
• Proficiency in MS and relevant software applications
• Ability to work with a team.
