Senior Marketing & Promotions Coordinator
Do you love a challenge and working in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same? Our role is filled with variety and the opportunity to be across all avenues of marketing and promotional communications. This is the chance to work closely with both the CFO & COO on a regular basis so there’s definitely lots of room for both exposure and learning. Roles like this don’t come up often as it offers a perfect mix of both day to day marketing operations whilst combining more future thinking and planning.
Previous experience with loyalty or reward programs will be highly regarded. Contributing to the planning and development of our marketing campaigns and strategies is essential. We look for the successful candidate to contribute and grow our gaming, food, beverage and functions revenue. There is also the co-marketing of our Wests Tigers Rugby League Football Club shared strategies.
This position is responsible for the strategy and execution of communication channels including social media, digital, direct, SMS, print and email. Previous experience in SMS and email marketing is crucial. The role is responsible to update 3 Facebook and 2 Instagram pages. The company also has two company websites that require management and content utilising WordPress content management system.
Your excellent organisation and multi-tasking is essential in managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. You will need to develop and coordinate design briefs supplied to our contracted designer. Some of these projects can be small in nature like a flyer but can equally be quite large and complex like our Annual Reports. Experience in Adobe Suite would be viewed favourably but is not mandatory. The role also arranges and manages the quotation processes for printing and signage. Ultimately this role is responsible for all points of communication to members, patrons and staff being on theme and current. A keen eye for detail will ensure success in this challenging role that spans across the daily operation as well as the bigger picture strategies.
