Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for all programs that run under CRM, Strategic Partnerships, Digital, PR, Communications and Design Departments.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:-

• Provide planning and leadership to the Marketing Department by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed in order to meet and exceed the goals of the marketing plan
• Create, implement and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the Company's image and position within the marketplace
• Facilitate all internal and external communications
• Assume overall responsibility for control of the marketing budget
• Prepare new product marketing plans for product introductions in cooperation with key stakeholders across the business
• Coordinate the appearance of all print and electronic materials
• Provide editorial direction, design, production and distribution of publications
• Act as Company brand guardian
• Manage all vendors to ensure adherence to SLA's (PR, CRM & Digital Agencies)

The ideal candidate for this position will be client focused with the ability to vividly communicate market vision in a way that helps others understand and feel how business outcomes will be different when vision and values become a reality.  You will be someone who is passionate about coaching and developing others by providing feedback, instruction and development guidance whilst setting and maintaining high goals for personal and group accomplishment, using measurement methods to monitor progress toward goals.

Essential criteria includes tertiary qualifications in business or marketing along with 10+ years experience with a proven record of success in Senior Marketing roles.  You will be a confident, driven and dynamic Leader who is capable of delivering results and identify original branding opportunities.  An entrepreneurial mindset along with a high degree of energy, creativity and determination is fundamental to success in this role and within the broader organisation.

Your career history will have a corporate focus with extensive B2B experience.  Any prior experience in the technology and/or professional services sector (law/accounting or the like) will be highly regarded.
