The Role

The Account Executive role supports the Client Services team executing their client growth plans and delivering high quality, award-winning work. The role includes assisting in research to build our knowledge about client businesses and developing their knowledge of all the agency services and how to deliver them effectively. An enthusiastic and aspiring Account Executive will be a strong team player who is proactive, driven and willing to assist across a number of clients and integrated projects.
Key Objectives
- To support on the day-to-day client projects, taking ownership of required deliverables
- To follow the company processes and procedures
- To build an ongoing relationship with key clients and suppliers
- To gain a sound knowledge of the client industries and competitors, and share learnings
- To develop an understanding and appreciation of the creative process
- To have good written skills, with a strong attention to detail
- To show strong organization skills, with the ability to multitask and work well in a team
Previous Experience
- Required:
- Strong interpersonal skills & business acumen
- Strong interest in learning & growing
- Strong grasp of English at a business/university level
- Preferred:
- Business/Marketing or similar degree qualification
- Understanding of agency-client relationships
- Strong interest in creativity & technology
- Previous relevant experience
