A leading Australian Brand is currently looking for an experienced CRM Manager to be responsible for developing and implementing a highly effective and commercially beneficial CRM & Product strategy.

Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will develop, execute and own the strategy for CRM and customer contact across all product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the production, delivery, and reporting of all campaigns with the aim of optimizing conversion, retention, reactivation and ultimately Customer Lifetime Value
• Developing go to market strategies focussing on designing and delivering a program that generates customer and business growth.
• Analyzing and reporting on the delivery as well as post-campaign analysis along with developing and strategizing the segmentation and circulation plan
• Improving the return on investment and effectiveness of CRM campaigns.
• Using meaningful insights to create compelling segmented campaigns and communications at the right time.
• Guiding the CRM Executives and making sure that tasks are prioritized correctly and ensure quality delivery within deadlines

Key Skills

• Experience in the hands-on management and optimisation of CRM programmes
• Proven experience of driving improved business performance, acquisition and engagement through CRM
• Proven experience in using Adobe Campaign Manager.
• Proven experience of managing CRM/Automation systems (ideally Salesforce, Pardot, Mailchimp but also exposure to other platforms in the market such as Dotmailer, ExactTarget, Hubspot, IgnitionOne, GetResponse, Emarsys etc)
• Business skills with focus on commercial and ROI along with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively to execute plans to completion.
• High energy, can-do attitude with willingness to do what it takes to get things done
• Experience in managing or mentoring small teams.
