Company Description
We are an award winning customer-focused Digital Agency who have had a great few years and continue to grow, as such we are looking for a Marketing, Project & Account Coordinator to join our team!
The role is responsible for the management and delivery of a wide range of design, digital, web initiatives and marketing campaigns that support positive change to Relab and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Coordination (Primary Role):
- Drive brand direction and brand strategy to deliver Relab’s brand vision in the marketplace

Create and help develop Relab’s brand platform and deliver on business priorities

Grow and support the business to drive stronger and more consistent brand communication

Develop integrated brand campaign initiatives across channels, on time, on budget and the overall communications strategy and idea are aligned during implementation

Coordinating all brand publications including website, social media, campaigns and third party marketing sites (ie. Behance)

Continuous tracking and analysis of marketing campaigns, brand health metrics and competitive activity

Build strong market presence by actively engaging with external networks to bring best practice thinking and trends to the team

Being a general all-rounder and team player
Project Management:
-
A varied role managing existing and new client relationships and promoting our company, preparing proposals and other marketing collateral, and the opportunity to develop your digital project management skills

Build and strengthen positive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders

Coordinate project resources, team members, partners and suppliers

Perform thorough checks to ensure final deliverables meet the quality expectations of stakeholders

Work closely with designers and developers to plan, design, test and review projects/campaigns to meet the Agency’s standards from a strategy, UX, creative, technical, financial and delivery perspective

Mitigate issues and risks, and escalate effectively
Client Services:

Communicate regularly with Customer Experience Manager to share client and operational knowledge and proactively make recommendations for improvements to process and client services

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to become a trusted extension of the Agency Principal and their teams

Manage client cost, time and quality expectations through effective verbal and written communications

Communicate and identify areas of growth and opportunity and propose solutions to problems and challenges
Requirements

Familiarity with latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design and digital production

A vibrant and positive personality, firmly believing anything is possible. You can engage with clients at all levels and focus on building relationships to increase success and satisfaction

A proactive and helpful approach, driven by results and outcomes. You’ll make plans and take action to deliver value to our clients, and ensure everything is running smoothly

Well developed clarification skills to develop a good understanding of our clients needs and challenges - and engage with the team to develop winning proposals

Demonstrable understanding of development, UX and UI principles (desirable)

A highly organised approach and problem-solving attitude, to ensure projects/campaigns progress and you successfully deliver on goals

Understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, AdWords, Social Advertising is a plus

Knowledge in Design and Development technologies including Adobe Creative Suite, HTML and CSS technologies is a plus

Willingness to travel to project/client sites when required
