About the role
Located at our state of the art offices in Melbourne, we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Consultant to be responsible for contributing to the achievement of AGL’s Residential Retention objectives. Working within a team of experienced marketer’s, the role will lead and manage new customer retentions programs that achieve business targets and maximise return on investment, including all forms of Customer Lifecycle Marketing.
This is a 6-month fixed term contract role.
Key accountabilities
Some of the key accountabilities are as follows:
- Deliver in the development and implementation of acquisition marketing activities to assist in achieving targets.
- Provide effective support to the broader Acquisition Marketing team
- Assist with budget spend as agreed with Customer Marketing Manger
- Develop good working relationships with agencies, partners and external suppliers
- Promote positive and professional relationships with internal AGL and vendor stakeholders and colleagues.
About you
If you are a self-starter with a strong understanding of marketing function across a range of mediums and channels and have customer marketing experience, this would be the perfect role for you.
Some of the key skills/experience we are looking for are as follows:
- Demonstrated experience in Integrated Marketing.
- Previous customer marketing and digital marketing experience.
- Budget and supplier management.
- Understanding of communications development, campaign management & implementation and production processes and how this relates to the online space.
- Understanding and experience with digital analytic tools to monitor campaigns and user behaviour.
