RACV have a unique opportunity for a proactive Marketing Planning and Performance Manager with a solid background and expertise in driving the coordination of the enterprise marketing plan and key effectiveness programmes.  We are seeking a highly commercial individual with a business analyst mindset to improve divisional marketing investment performance.  

About the role:  

  • Assist in developing a new function, help build credibility around the organisation and be a positive advocate for the Planning and Member Communications team.
  • Facilitate the development and implementation enterprise and category marketing and communications planning across paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Ensure business alignment around plans; provide & maintain governance and guidelines.
  • Drive Go-to-market planning and rigour and ensure a Go To Market focus across all channels & divisions.
  • Ensure key departmental programmes are progressed to required timelines, maintaining sight of all GTM timeliness to plan
  • Establish consistent Marketing performance measurement & Post Implementation Review frameworks
  • Identify media optimisation opportunities for the marketing division through establishment and management of key effectiveness programmes & integration of performance insights into the planning process
  • Drive integration, synergies, best practice, and learnings across the portfolio and broader team. Implement enterprise and category marketing and communications planning across paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Role model leadership behaviours and coaching, and be accountable for individual development and performance management of direct reports.


About you:  

  • An excellent track record in strategic and operational marketing planning either agency or client side.
  • Highly analytical with strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Strong end-to-end understanding of data-driven marketing.
  • Strong presentation, communication and written skills. 
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Collaborative and strong team player.
