A leading member of the Client Services team, the Campaign Manager is an expert in campaign best practices and testing strategies. Campaign Managers will work with many of the largest brands in Asia Pacific and serve as the primary point of contact for campaign operations, including managing the campaign request process, brief and asset validation, internal campaign signoff, and deployment timelines. The Campaign Manager also manages and drives the client’s campaign schedule to ensure deliverables are received on time and that resources are available to QA and deploy campaigns.


In addition, Campaign Managers play a leadership role within the Campaign Services team. They help to interview and on-board new employees, drive and uphold standards, provide training, develop and disseminate best practices, and act as an escalation point for issues that may affect campaign deadlines.


You are an excellent communicator, hyper-organised, process driven and able to manage daily deadlines and conflicting priorities. You possess a desire to play a leadership role, working closely with the Client Services Manager to drive positive behaviours and uphold standards. 


Ideal candidates can demonstrate understanding of an end-to-end campaign delivery process, management of multiple small-scale projects, and management of internal and client expectations. It’s critical that you are able to understand technical products and have the ability to communicate technical concepts in non-technical language.

 

Accountabilities :

Leadership

  • Be an expert in Digital Campaign best practices and testing strategies
  • Provide training to the wider Campaign Services team on campaign management processes, campaign strategy and best practices
  • Work with the Campaign Services Manager to drive positive team behaviours, interview candidates and onboard new employees.


Campaign Execution

  • Manage the campaign request process including campaign brief review, asset validation, internal campaign signoff, and deployment timelines
  • Manage the client’s campaign schedule to ensure deliverables are received on time and that resources are ready to QA and deploy campaigns
  • Be an escalation point, and ensure resolution of campaign production issues.
  • Keep clear documentation of client requests and assigned campaigns, and see them through completion
  • Meet daily deadlines and track progress of campaigns
  • Ensure a thorough and intimate understanding of the configuration of all of your client accounts. Ensure you understand the data model, data feeds and sources, segments, channels, campaigns/programs, templates, and forms.

 

Client Management

  • Own day-to-day client and internal relationships relating to campaign production.
  • Lead meetings and or WIPs with internal and client teams to discuss campaigns and campaign related tasks or processes
  • Serve as a communication liaison between clients, production resources and account teams when needed
  • Be an escalation point for campaign related client issues, propose solutions and escalate appropriately to ensure resolution
  • Provide value to clients throughout the campaign process where it’s natural to do so, including guidance, advice on best practices and strategic suggestions
  • Ensure an understanding of all your clients’ businesses. Ensure you understand what the business does, what they utilise our technology and services for, and who the key stakeholders are.


Administration

  • Maintain best practices documentation and other team-specific training material
  • Ensure all time spent on client work is tracked in our time tracking system
  • All campaigns are to be logged in our campaign management system
  • Achieve 80% utilisation target.
