Reporting to the Manager, Employer Marketing and Communications, this role will help manage the implementation of marketing and communication activities for Cbus’ 130,000 employers.  The role will assist with the significant campaign activity of the team and keeping collateral and additional communications up-to-date. 

In this new role you will work with other members of the Employer Experience team to ensure consistency and relevance of Fund communications, including Newsletters, letters, emails and other collateral as needed.  You will be required to work closely with a number of other teams across Cbus, specifically the Member Marketing and Communications team, where the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships is critical.
  
Your accountabilities will include assisting with the implementation of integrated campaigns for employers; developing and disseminating regular communications to employers; and tracking employer campaigns. You will have the ability to draft copy for print and online communication, as well as direct mail; support the analysis of campaign results and evaluate performance according to agreed objectives. In addition, you will assist with the ongoing development of the Cbus online presence, and work within and across teams to assist in implementing and delivering results.

To be considered for this role you must be tertiary qualified in a marketing, communication, professional writing or related discipline. You will have at least three years demonstrated experience in a services marketing environment, ideally within the financial services industry, or superannuation environment. Your excellent oral and written comprehension skills, well-developed writing skills; and knowledge of online, direct mail and messages, and above the line marketing channels will be critical in this role.

Your demonstrated understanding of below the line and online marketing processes from creative brief through to fulfilment and measurement of communications programs is essential with the ability to liaise with a range of staff, key stakeholders and service providers.

Your strong project management and planning skills will stand you in good stead with the ability to multi task under pressure and in a changing work environment.

This is a 12-month contract role.
