The type of work that we provide event staffing for includes product sampling, experiential marketing events and sponsorship related activity.

 

About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, diligent all-rounder to join the team as we expand in an exciting period of growth. You'll be the first point of contact for our national team of Brand Ambassadors & will develop strong working relationships with the talent. You'll handle booking schedules with an organised, fastidious approach and excel at multitasking.

The National Staffing Coordinator is integral to the company and is responsible for keeping the staff database organised and ensuring we engage the best promotional talent in Australia.

The role allows the right candidate to make it their own and to position themself as the go-to for a team of happy, valued and motivated staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Account Managers to book in and staff campaigns

  • Reviewing and vetting agency applicants

  • Coordinating group inductions and onboarding new talent

  • Issuing talent briefing documents

  • Compiling post-campaign reporting

  • Curating fun, quality content for our social media channels in line with our brand values
