We’re growing and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Product Communications Consultant to join our talented team. You’ll help deliver high quality and customer-driven communications for our customers, financial advisers, employers and shareholders

What you’ll do:

• Develop sales collateral to support the sales and client services teams
• Develop a range of communication covering product-related and technical aspects of superannuation, insurance and managed funds
• Develop technical collateral to support the compliant delivery of our products
• Manage the internal sign-off processes
• Work with internal stakeholders to coordinate award submissions and ratings processes to support our public profile
• Provide back-up to Head of Communications on media management and corporate communication

Who we’re looking for

Must have:

• 5 years+ experience working in a super fund, investment manager or financial services communication agency
• Detailed understanding of the technical aspects of superannuation, insurance and investments
• Superb writing skills and the ability to take complex information and make it clear and engaging
• Demonstrated client, project and production management experience across a range of communication programs and vehicles (digital and traditional media)
• Strong time management and organisational skills with an eye for detail
• Degree qualified in communications, marketing or PR

Nice to have:

• ASIC RG146 or Diploma of Financial Services
