Market Research – Fieldwork Operations Team Leader

About the role:
Up to 6 x Team Leader positions available, predominantly to assist with the scheduling and management of fieldwork in Sydney and NSW locations. This position is office-based with occasional field days to validate and provide coaching to our staff working in the field.
To be considered for this role, you must be available for three to five shifts per week. Shift requirements and length may vary.
Our projects operate 24 hours a day/7 days a week. As a result, it is an expectation your roster will occasionally cover weekends and night shifts on a rotational basis.
This role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Assist in establishing project resources, booking and briefing interviewers
- Create field schedules to a consistent internal standard
- Monitor performance, deliver timely and accurate coaching to interviewers, and keep up to date with all documentation standards
- Work as a team and be accountable for quota management and client requests
- Deliver daily reports as required
- Ensure accurate records and files are maintained during fieldwork
- Generate field reports for internal use and external industry standards
- Deliver questionnaire design feedback to researchers and data analysts
- Drive team development and professional growth
- Address other logistical requirements as they arise
Skills:
- Strong ability to motivate and coach people

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Strong sense of teamwork
- Intermediate to Advanced technical Excel skills required
- Superior computer skills with Microsoft Office and custom applications as required
- Previous Market Research Field experience is desirable
- Formal training in marketing, business, psychology or closely related fields is desirable, but not necessary
- Previous office and administration experience will be highly regarded
