We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our afternoon shift crew. The successful candidate will value the environment they work in and have a high priority for safety. You will be expected to complete all tasks to the highest standards and be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
To be successful you must
- Be Trade qualified
- 3+ years post trade experience
- High level of technical ability and knowledge
- Drivers licence HC or MC Licence desirable
- Experience performing routine services, maintenance and repairs
- Good communication skills - both verbal & written
- Strong ability to document, record and track servicing and maintenance of all vehicles
- Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to WHS policies, procedures and regulations
- A professional work ethic
Desirable: Welding experience
