We are seeking someone handy on the tools to join our team as a Public Areas and Maintenance Assistant.
In a nutshell you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the property and the 30+ self contained apartments, organising and liaising with external contractors and ensuring par levels or stock are ordered and maintained so you are always equipped to get the job done.
If you get a kick out of seeing a job well done, and you don’t stop until your task is completed in a safe and presentable manner - this job is for you! Ideally you will have experience with property maintenance and preventative maintenance programs.
