The Maintenance and Industrial Services Division provides comprehensive multidisciplinary maintenance and improvement solutions including maintenance services, sustaining and minor capital works, shutdowns and operations and facilities management for the resources and energy sectors.
As a Supervisor with Monadelphous you will carry out a wide range of tasks across Maintenance and shutdown activities from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews, ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements through to ensuring that the quality, production and environmental requirements of the project are met.
This position is a residential role (non FIFO) based in Gladstone with Monadelphous servicing our client who is a leading coal seam gas explorer and producer in Australia.
Drawing on your extensive experience as a Crane/Scaffold/Rigging Supervisor with oil and gas experience, your strong commitment to health and safety will ensure you are successful in this pivotal role.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the maintenance industry
- Strong planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
