The Company
Top Gun Roofing & Restoration are a professional company with a Builders Registration that require a Qualified Roof Plumber to join us for ongoing work (not project to project). We do mostly residential Re-Roofing work (very occasionally there may be some new construction or commercial work involved). We remove old tile, iron, decramastic and asbestos roofs and replace with Colorbond or Zincalume.
The Role
Roof Plumber to work with and lead a small team. Must have extensive experience in;
- Re-Roofing/Walling
- Gutters & Downpipes
- Flashings & Roof Vents
- Anticon Insulation
- Running a team
- Problem solving
The Candidate
Suitable applicants will;
- Have extensive experience in all aspects of Roof Plumbing with a high quality of workmanship
- Be able to read and understand working drawings
- Be able to run a small team, lead by example, problem solve and keep your job site clean
- Have good personal hygiene and present themselves professionally,
- Have a strong work ethic, be self motivated and honest, and able to behave appropriately at all times
- Have a current WA manual drivers licence, white card, working at heights card, own tools
- Liaise with your team members, clients and the office
- Liaise with the Operations Co-ordinator and Company Supervisor in regards to the job plan and materials etc
- Be willing and able to work away Monday to Friday
Ideal tickets would include: Asbestos Removal, High Risk Licences and First Aid.
Location, Hours & Pay Rate
Most of our work is based in country towns all over regional WA so you will be away between Monday and Friday on most weeks. To give you a work/home life balance, you will have the option to work 6 weeks on, 1 week off as well as having ALL weekends off. As leading hand, a work ute and tradesman's trailer (when required) will be provided to you. You will be required to transport your team to and from Regional job sites - meeting point is our office in Midland. Accommodation will be provided while away, and a meal allowance for breakfast, lunch & dinner will be paid. There will be metropolitan work occasionally.
You will work between 40 and 50 hours per week (dependant on each job and weather)
You will receive the following;

The above will be negotiated depending on experience and ability, qualifications held and length of time with our company
The Position
This is not a sub-contracting position, you will be an employee and is for regular ongoing work not a project to project basis. We will offer stable employment to the right candidate.
