The Company
We are a residential building company based in Richmond with projects just outside Melbourne's CBD. We have a tight-knit team of experienced personnel working on a number of high-end architectural homes.
We work collaboratively with clients, architects and other consultants throughout the design and construction phase to ensure the best outcome for everyone involved.
We value our working relationships and pride ourselves on the teams we assemble for each project.
The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a driven carpenter to work on exciting high-end builds in Melbourne's inner suburbs.
Duties:
- Carpentry works
- High end carpentry fix
- Doors
- External Cladding
- Detailed Framing
- Fixtures Fittings etc.
- Trade set out
- Quality control over contractors
- OHS responsibility
Salary offer to commensurate with experience.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally possess;
- High-end residential experience
- Highly motivated with strong background in carpentry
- Highly productive and efficient onsite
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Trade work vehicle preferred
