We are working with one of Australia’s leading waste management company who run an extensive fleet of light & heavy vehicles. They are currently seeking a workshop Administrator for their Erskine park branch.
 
The role:

• Data entry of timesheets in Kronos, Klm reading into database
• Collect and distribute mail
• Create reports and send to workshop manager
• Check and create invoices and receipts are correct
• Raise cheques
• Keep greenslips and all paperwork up todate and pay bills when required.
• Process etags invoices
• Mon – Fri 8.30 – 4pm ( can sometimes need to stay back to get work completed ) 
• Paying $68,000 per year
• Training provided
