The Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this predominantly outdoor role will see you having supervision of repairs and maintenance, grounds maintenance and irrigation and waste management. You will be very much hands on and responsible for carrying out maintenance jobs extending to basic project management.
Duties:
- Plant and equipment repairs and maintenance
- Grounds, general repairs and maintenance
- Cleaning and checking swimming pool operation and water quality
- Night patrols
- Managing risk and WH&S
- Waste management
- Contractor management
- Store deliveries
Skills, Experience and Essential Attributes:
- A focus on providing excellent customer service at all times
- A solid understanding of OH&S responsibilities
- Flexible attitude to work and work hours
- Excellent communication skills at all level
- Great time management and organisational skills
- Report generation
- Forklift licence
- Advanced problem solving skills
Experience in a plumbing or electrical trade is highly desirable
