About the position
A fantastic opportunity exists for a highly motivated and energetic Regional Manager to join a well established company through a period of significant growth. This position requires travelling to our franchise stores in Victoria, ACT and Tasmania.
Responsibilities:
- Protect and enhance the value of JAX Quickfit Franchising Systems Pty Ltd through assisting Franchisees and Store Managers in execution of their duties in unison with the JAX Tyres Business Model
- Ensure that the use of JAX Quickfit Franchising Systems, Processes and Procedures are enforced
- To drive and ensure overall national compliance at Store Level on Company Process, Procedures and People
- Engage Franchisees to meet the JAX Tyres level of passion for the industry, and to aspire to become the tyre industry leaders
- Assist in the employing, inducting and training of Store staff, aligning to Company values
- Assist to establish realistic and achievable budgets ensuring complete understanding by the Franchisee
- Monitor store performance, utilising available tools and Management Reports
- Make your observations known to the Franchisee and agree a recommended course of action
- Ensure a strong, professional, open and honest relationship exists throughout the Group by encouraging high morals and social interations
To be successful in this role you will:
- Relevant Tertiary Education
- Experience in the Retail sector
- Experience in managing a business
- Ability to learn and grasp new Programs/ IT
- Ability to build strong and positive relationships
- Excellent people management skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise numerous key task at any one time within defined deadlines
- High level of professionalism, honesty and integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
