PRIDE is a leading electronic security services provider who specialises in the commercial market focusing on delivering quality installations, contract maintenance solutions and customer priority care.
Due to our success we are actively looking for like-minded successful security technicians join our team.
Duties:
- Service and Installations of a diverse range of electronic security, access control, CCTV, intercom, public address & audio visual systems
- Liaise with customers on all matters "security"
- Conduct site inspections & quotations
- Work closely with a team of like-minded individuals to ensure maximum efficiency
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to work remotely, unsupervised or in a team
- High attention to detail administratively and technically
Qualifications:
- Current Class C driver's license (manual)
- Current Queensland Installer and Adviser Security License
- General Induction White Card
- Open Cabling License with endorsements
- SARC & RIWC (advantageous but not essential)
- Demonstrated competency in Concept, Tecom Challenger with relevant certifications
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the security industry
- Knowledge of various electronic security and access control systems (Concept & Tecom Challenger minimum)
- IP & Analogue CCTV systems (Teleste and Geutebruck advantageous)
- Intercom, public address & audio visual systems
- Data cabling
- Experience with IP Networking and PCs
- Interconnectivity PCs with security/access control systems (Insight, Titan)
- Fault finding, diagnostics
- A desire to learn and strive for continuous improvement
