Reporting to the State Manager (SM) and Project Services Manager (PSM).
This role involves execution and coordination, both off-site via field service providers, and on-site directly of the programming and commissioning of Clevertronics Emergency Lighting Systems. This role promotes accountability and responsibility for the complete process of project and systems design, support of the Sales Team and commissioning / maintenance Clevertronics sites for the life of the installed system and or products. (ALS)
The position requires the skills to manage a number of tasks simultaneously and the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally with people at all levels.
Clevertronics South Australian office, services both South Australia and Northern Territory and is responsible for projects that are located mainly in the metropolitan areas of both regions, however a smaller quantity of projects are located in regional areas, therefore forward planned travel is required to support these sites on occasions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Primarily responsible for the support of the SM and Sales team in the commissioning of Clevertronics products and systems and the execution of warranty repair/rectification work.
- The technical support of electrical contractors to assist in installation of centrally monitored emergency lighting projects
- Interaction with the Engineering Team for technical support and training.
- Advantage Lifetime Support (ALS) and sales process.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Applicants must hold a current drivers licence
- Project Management / Supervision Electrical Projects
- Qualified Electrician
- Computer / IT Experience – Programming Systems
- Previous Sales experience desired however not essential
- Preferred Experience with Lighting Control / Emergency Lighting Systems
- Familiarity with construction industry
