Payroll Officers
• $25-30 per hour + 8% Annual Holiday Pay
• South and East Auckland

Madison Recruitment is looking for temporary Payroll Officers who are ready to get into their next role to facilitate the demand from our clients.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• End-to-end preparation and processing of the payroll of up to 700 staff members
• Updating and maintaining staff records and new starts and leavers
• Preparing and reconciling payments
• Payroll reporting
• Processing IRD, ACC and Kiwisaver payments
• Answering staff payroll queries
To be successful in this position you will need:
• Minimum 2 years payroll experience
• High attention for detail and high accuracy
• Numeracy and software literacy, ideally with PayGlobal / MYOB / Ace payroll / Chris21 / SAP or another software
• A clear credit history
• Great computer and data entry skills
• Currently residing in NZ with valid full time working visa
