An exciting opportunity has become available with our Parts Team in Wellington.
We’re looking for an experienced parts consultant to join our dedicated team and help drive our promise to deliver a high level of service to our customers. You’ll need to be motivated, have an eye for detail, be a team player, and have the ability to excel on individual projects. Previous parts experience is essential. Ideally, you’ll be technically savvy, eager to learn and passionate about motor vehicles.

About you:

•Proven parts experience 
•Technically minded, with exceptional problem-solving skills
•Good customer service skills
•Good written and verbal English
•High level of accuracy with numbers and an eye for detail
•Intermediate PC skills 
•Ability to cope with changing priorities
•Team player
•A positive ‘can do’ attitude
•Current class 1 drivers licence


About the role:

•Assist and communicate with customers in person, by telephone, email and other e-commerce applications to find the appropriate replacement parts required for motor vehicles.
•Read and interpret electronic parts catalogues
•Take orders from customers
•Prepare and process parts orders 
•Process sales payments
•Order parts from suppliers and manufacturers 
•Organize deliveries
•Receive parts from suppliers and prepare goods for sale
•Promote other related goods and services
•On-going training opportunities
