Quinovic Kent Terrace is seeking an energetic and outgoing individual to assist with the showing and leasing of properties to customers. The successful candidate for this position will have strong sales skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, be motivated and have a positive attitude.
General Duties include:
- Show properties to prospective customers emphasizing the properties main features
- Answers general enquiries about properties and residential leasing
- Provide feedback on market activity to team
- Prepare specific marketing material for each property
To apply you must have a full drivers licence for use of company car and having a good knowledge of all Wellington suburbs is a plus.
