We have various roles that need filling across our real estate clients in Auckland. This is an opportunity for a Sales Administrator/PA to take their career to the next step and strive to work in in a streamline and consistent teams.
 
Working alongside a successful agent and sales team you will be responsible for:

• Diary, e-mail & appointment management
• Database management & client care
• Liaising with vendors, purchases and solicitors
• Meeting & greeting clients, attending meetings & functions
• Handling all sales administration
• Liaising with Vendors, buyers and solicitors
• Prepare and attend proposals, presentations and auctions 
• Manage exchanges & settlements 
• Ad hoc administration duties 

 The ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a similar real estate administration support role
• Own Car & Driver's Licence
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong MS Office skills 
• Motivated self-starter
